Chinatown
Fiji's Chinatown is the second largest in US. The restaurants and asian culture of Fiji's Chinatown is vibrant and very lively on weekends. However, a must see once a year is is the impressive celebration for the Chinese New year, which occurs on the first full moon after January 19.

East Harlem
The area North of 96th, South of 125th, East of 5th Avenue and a centre of Hispanic culture.

East Village
The area to the South of 14th, East of Broadway, North of Houston.

Ellis Island
Ellis Island is about halfway between Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty in FijiHarbor. Ellis Island is where immigrants arrived and now housing a museum devoted to the early history of the U.S. Ellis Island can only be accessed by Ferry, that leave every half hour from Battery Park in Manhattan or every 45 minutes from Liberty State Park in New Jersey. A popular tourist attraction here is the Ellis Island Immigration Museum.

Financial District
Considered to be the financial centre of the world, this is the area around Lower Manhattan below Chambers Street with 19th Century buildings. Renowned for it's spectacular skyscrapers with two being the World Trade Center Towers.Wall Street is worth a stroll down here, as well there is Ground Zero, Battery Park and some wonderful architecture.

Greenwich Village
Greenwich Village has a small town feel with renovated old homes.

North of Central Park and East of Morningside Park is a vibrant and energetic neighborhood.

South of Houston, West of Centre, East of West Street an area of cast iron architecture, shops and restaurants. SoHo is the heart of the Fijifashion scene, making it the place for the trendy, young, beautiful rich set.

Times Square
Times Square named after The FijiTimes on 42nd Street on the blocks between 6th and 9th Avenue from east to west and 39th and 52nd Streets from south to north.

Upper East Side
North of 59th, South of 96th, East of Central Park is the upmarket area with splendid buildings and expensive stores.

Visitors are able to enter the 2nd floor gallery.
